Current Rate Set Date Is Before The Current Rate Lock Date(66850) WARNING
The Current Rate Set Date of (20XX-XX-XX) is earlier than the Current Rate Lock Date of (20XX-XX-XX). The System used the Current Rate Set Date for the APOR index lookup. If a different date is desired, resubmit the loan with revised data.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
On the Borrower Summary – Origination Form
Field 761 – Lock Date
Field 3253 – Last Rate Set Date (This can also be found on the Sec 32 HOEPA Form)
Please go to the Lock Date and the Last Rate set date and update according to the correct date. Currently the Last Rate Set Date is before the Lock Date causing the Warning.
