In the last 10-15 days, there are some issues coming up that Freddie Mac UCD is not generating.
Clearly here, Closing Disclosure, Closing Disclosure alternate, and Closing disclosure seller copies system want to see, but only UCD.X1 i.e CD is generating but the other two UCD.X3 and UCD.X5 are not generating.
It has a very simple workaround and since it is a product defect issue so soon Encompass will come up with some solution, meanwhile here is a quick workaround.
In 2015 itemization,
We must have to check “Itemize fees when printing” prior to “mark CD as final”. Or, first we check NEWHUD.X1017, i.e. “Itemize fees when printing”, remove “old mark as final or use for final CD checkbox” in Tools->Disclosure tracking and create a new CD snapshot means, go to Tools->Disclosure tracking and click on plus icon and create a new CD and mark it as final.
Once this step is done. You will immediately notice that three closing disclosure would generate Closing disclosure, closing disclosure alternate, and closing disclosure seller. Then go to the top menu Services->Underwriting and select Freddie Mac LCLA to order UCD.
