There are many ways to send disclosures in standard encompass and there are sophisticated methods to send customized packages, letters etc using docutech.
So, while settings we can decide which kind of packages we want to send like initial disclosures, redisclose, closing documents, processing documents and via which delivery method like esign, physical like fedex, print etc. If extra documents along with package have to be sent then we can browse and attach outside files or we can add files from efolders etc. We can also decide what we want to print if anything we want to print.
And then finally we can click on send.
Once we send packages we can also see logs that what is sent, who sent it, when it was sent, whether it is sent correctly or not.
1. In docutech, creating loan custom field with correct prefixes would automatically map loan custom field for hard stops. Generally correct prefix will be seen in docutech top right corner of packages which can be seen hovering over it.
2. Configuration docutech we can set package based persona or user access by selecting ctrl and click and then save.
