TPO Common Issue
1. How to add a Sales Rep/AE to appear under External Company Setup/ Company Details “Primary Sales Rep/ AE “ list.
Step 1: Identify the user to be the Primary Sales Rep /AE. I will use user “Chris H” for this example.
Step 2: Create a new Persona , and name this “ Account Executive”
Step 3: Open up the new Persona “ Account Executive” and navigate to the last tab “ External Settings” , scroll down to the “TPO CONTACTS” section and check off the box for “ SALES REP” . Users under this Persona will be added to the “Add Sales Rep” list.
Step 4: Add Account Executive persona to user “Chris H”
