Solution Details:
Issue:
COC forms are not generated in re-disclosure packages when using the “Magnifying Glass” search icon to choose a ‘reason’, next to field ID [3169] on LE page 1
Steps to Reproduce:
Added custom form in Settings>eFolder Setup>Documents>set Criteria to “COC” only. (check all boxes). Re-Disclosed a package and custom form with COC settings should generate
Actual Results:
21.1.0.2: Custom form with COC settings did not generate in Re-Disclosure Packages.
Expected Results:
Custom Form set to generate as COC should print when all boxes for COC setting is checked, along with ‘add to initial disclosures’ box, as well as Settings > Resources tab > showing form accessible.
Workaround:
1) Users will need to “manually type in” the ‘reason’, into the field [3169], to get the custom or standard form to generate in their re-disclosure package.
> For loans that already used the “magnifying glass” search icon to choose a reason: Uncheck the “Change of Circumstance” field [3168] on LE page 1, then re-check [3168] and manually type in your reason below in [3169]
2) Alternative Solution = Once the package is generated, you can click the “Add Additional Document” button to add the COC form to your generated package there.
Adding forms to COC packages
Adding EDS version of forms to the COC bucket can be accomplished. Client to provide the following details:
-Provide Form Name
-Confirm what print Criteria is required or will the following be sufficient-
(Form Name) to be added when Field 3168 checked and provide what Re-disclosure timing bucket to be added @application, Three-day, At lock, Approval, Include GFE, Include Til, Include LE
-Along with Completed change request form
*Client must review their Encompass Settings> eDisclosure Packages> Re-disclosure Packages to advise when they would like form to be added based on their settings. This form will generate every time the criteria is met.
