Steps to Reproduce:
Added custom form in Settings>eFolder Setup>Documents>set Criteria to “COC” only. (check all boxes). Re-Disclosed a package and custom form with COC settings should generate
Actual Results:
21.1.0.2: Custom form with COC settings did not generate in Re-Disclosure Packages.
Expected Results:
Custom Form set to generate as COC should print when all boxes for COC setting is checked, along with ‘add to initial disclosures’ box, as well as Settings > Resources tab > showing form accessible.
Workaround:
1) Users will need to “manually type in” the ‘reason’, into the field [3169], to get the custom or standard form to generate in their re-disclosure package.

2) Alternative Solution = Once the package is generated, you can click the “Add Additional Document” button to add the COC form to your generated package there.
