Do you know if there is a way to indicate the Mortgagee Clause for the CPL and loan number when ordering through Encompass?
So First American has the ability to hardcode a mortgagee clause into our system so that it appears the same on each CPL. Having said that, many of our broker partners will need to provide a different mortgagee clause on each file as the investor may vary. So the answer to your question is yes. You can plug that information into the escrow order comments area below when placing the order so that we know that information.
