There is an issue that my team has been complaining about over a period of time the Investor name entered in File contacts is disappearing from the Loan file after the EPPS lock is confirmed. I looked into it and it was clear that EPPS is overwriting the existing VEND.X263 with 2278, Since, no Investor is coming from EPPS it shows Investor is unassigned and hence overwriting Investor details with blank records.
To correct this, it is important to enter the details of the Investor in sell-side pricing which we can do with Revise lock and entering those investor details in 2278 in sell-side pricing.
Sometimes the solution is simpler than we think.
The next alternate solution can be to write a business rule to keep values entered in VEND.X263 after Action Lock Request completion.
Clearly, Vend.X263 is not flowing to 2278, but 2278 is flowing to VEND.x263.
