I am trying to make the anti-steering safe harbor disclosure page 1 – 3 available for my managers, and after enabling it in the groups > resources > standard print forms area for all users, it is not showing up for some reason
Solution Details:
The ‘Anti-Steering Safe Harbor Disclosure’, (source form) has been archived. When a form is archived, the updated version needs to be added and the archived version removed (from eFolder > Documents – in your settings).
The updated version of this form is titled: “2015 Anti-Steering Safe Harbor”
Please update your documents *source*.
(1) add the “2015 Anti-Steering Safe Harbor” by going to:
Settings > eFolder Setup > Documents > then add “2015 Anti-Steering Safe Harbor” and remove old form. Then set your Criteria for how you want for the new version.
– then add a new version (and remove old) in Settings > Company/User Groups > All Users > Resource (tab) > Standard Forms > remove old from the right and add new from left to right, so users can see it when they print their packages.
