1) If Ethnicity of Co-Applicant or Co-Borrower: 1 equals 5, then Ethnicity of Co-Applicant or Co-Borrower Collected on the Basis of Visual Observation or Surname must equal 4, and the reverse must be true.

To Troubleshoot:
Forms > HMDA Information > Information for Government Monitoring > Borrower and Co-Borrower sections: Review data entry to ensure that there are not multiple selections made. e.g that I do not wish to provide or information not provided but ethnicity is also selected. Once the data entry has been reviewed/updated run the mavent again to clear the warning.
